Felix Pena of Homesavvy Inspections has performed many home inspections for my buyers over the years. Felix does an excellent job in explaining all the facets of the systems within the home that is easily understandable to the buyer. He does it in a way that makes the buyer feel comfortable and encourages the buyer to ask questions.

As a Realtor I have never sold a house without an inspection. Felix is my go to guy. He prefers the clients to be there and goes over every step, explaining everything in a mode that is not talking down to, but they know in total detail what is going on. I can not rate him high enough! He is a true professional, digs in and give the client a very accurate description of exactly what they are buying. As a real estate agent I like using Felix for inspections because he is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He is also very accommodating when we need to have inspections completed quickly. I highly recommend him if you need a general building inspection!
