On November 23, 2020, we paid a deposit to Mitchel Lemacks and All Pro Services for work to be completed on the deck at our residence. This work was scheduled to begin on January 11, 2021. Through no fault of Mr. Lemacks or ours, this date was rescheduled to April 12, 2021 because of supply availability. For 73 days, we received a litany of excuses from Mr. Lemacks as to why he cannot complete the work, broken promises, lies, no-shows, and never-ending frustration. On June 24, 2021, we sought to end our relationship because no work had been started. We were told that we are in breach of a “contract” that we never signed. On June 27, 2021 we sent a Notice of Termination and demand for return of the deposits and never received a response from All Pro Services or Mitchell Lemacks. On March 8, 2022, we took Mr. Lemacks and All Pro Services to Small Claims Court in Coweta County. The judge ruled in our favor, and to date, we have yet to hear from Mr. Lemacks or receive the money that we are owed after the court ruling. Please be aware before entering into any agreements with All Pro Services!

The following is regarding Mitchell Lemacks from "all-pro services". Mitchell came to our home, gave us an estimate, and had us put down a deposit. We requested the grout in the shower to be repaired, some drywall repairs and crown molding for the upstairs. The first day of his work was fine, then the starter in his truck blew, so he couldn't show up. We had no idea that he would continue to do this, so we tried to work with him as best as we could. Upon advising me he had completed the shower, I noticed that instead of replacing the shower grout, he just layered silicone on it. He didn't smooth it out, and it's rather heavy in places. I decided to let the shower situation slide, as it was now at least waterproof. He was expected to show up the following Friday for other work. Not only did he just not show up, he sent me hours upon hours of text messages that he was on the way so I wasted an entire day waiting on him for him to never answer the phone, and eventually stop answering text messages. He contacted us on the next Monday and couldn't come because his septic tank had issues. He showed up 2 more sporadic days for about 4 hours. On those days he worked on the small drywall repairs, that are absolutely a disaster now. He didn't sand them, and painted long before the repairs were dry. He also did not use any tape while painting, so the paint is now uneven. Then yet again he couldn't show up because his trailer tire blew. After that we gave him the money that was due for the horrible work that was done, and fired him. He's unprofessional, and does poor work. I have since done the small tasks I had asked from him. In total we lost $750.00 to him for an awful job.
