Pro Painter and More

The most unprofessional Pro painter I have ever EVER dealt with. 1. agreement was to pay in 3 increments. Start up, midway point and upon completion. He hounded for money EVERYDAY. He begged for final payment before job was finished, pleaded saying he needed the money and promised he would finish. I gave him the money and never saw him again. what he left undone, which was in the bid agreement was ...entry hall unpainted walls and trim, tuck point interior brick not done at all. repair leak in skylight ceiling and paint damaged walls. not done, fill holes in doors .paint and rehand...not done. walls were painted 1.5 inches from ceiling and then stopped. trim painted half way up stairs and then stopped, painred over switchplates, drips all over floors and carpet. Stole laminate flooring , ceiling paint, brushes and more and returned to home depot for credit and cash. Drugs in system every day. Loud, pushy and totally dishonest.
