Yorktown termite damage framing replacement

Customer had extensive damage to framing on rear wall. We demoed the drywall and damaged wood. Then we took down siding on exterior. We framed the wall, installed a window, hung new drywall and finshed for paint. On the exterior we sealed the window, installed new house wrap and hung siding.

New board with be caulked prior to priming/painting Wash entire all surfaces to be painted with a cleaning solution and high pressure water rinse Colors to be applied be selected and provided 1 week prior to start date Remove and replace damaged 1x6 fascia board Apply 2 full coats to all trim work around the home Apply two full coats of paint to the entire body of the home Apply two full coat of stain to all lattice work and framing around the home Apply two full coats of stain to entire 2nd story deck system. This will include the underside Finish/prime/paint ceiling in the rear of the home Apply 2 full coats of stain to shake siding on the front of the home Remove existing slider door on the rear deck. Install new 705x80 slider door/french door and perform any finish work that may be needed Repair all corners of stucco facade with stucco repair compound prior to painting Clean out gutters Remove and replace exterior light fixtures (3)
