Heard from a friend who’s used them for several years that they used to be very good, but now they’re consistently 1) super unreliable, eg, never show up after snowfall or show up a day late; 2) consistently do a really terrible job on routine lawn care; and 3) Most crazy of all - my friend is literally so scared of the owner, Bob, that he doesn’t want to fire him. So he just fixes the yard work himself
