I actually am a Landscape professional in this business for 25 years. I am a Horticulturist and Landscape Designer, who has worked for companies like Home Depot, Valley Crest, North Texas Lawn & Landscape which are among the Green Industries Top Leaders. I am semi -retired and when I contacted Dogwood for some needed services to my residence in Hammock Bay, I was very satisfied with the timely response, as well as the commitment by the owner to send a crew to take care of the situation. I have recently hired the company to do some additional work on my Irrigation system. It was completed in a timely and professional manner. I have worked in this Industry long enough to recognize a committed company who is striving to meet the demands of customers, which can be especially difficult at this time of year. I would highly recommend them to any one who needs a solid referral!

**HEAD'S UP** Made an appointment with Lewis (owner) for an estimate on landscaping at my residence. Jumped through hoops with my employer to be home so I could meet him and he never showed up... Not only did Lewis never show up, he wouldn't answer the phone or reply to texts... Class act!

My experiences with Dogwood Services have been nothing but exceptional over the course of the last 12 years that I have been hiring them to work on all sorts of projects for my commercial properties and developments. Dogwood acts with professionalism in all that they do and they show expertise and attention to detail that is very hard to find. I believe "Judy" and "j K" may have inadvertently left reviews for the wrong company because nothing they have said describes Dogwood in any way. For example, j K stated that Dogwood uses a "rotating crew," yet in my 12 years of using Dogwood, not once have they ever used a rotating crew on my projects. You don't have to just take my word for it either, ask any respected developer in the community and you will see that Dogwood is known throughout the Florida Panhandle as one of the most respected, client-focused landscaping companies. If you need a job done, and done right, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't hire Dogwood.

I would not even give them one star if I did not have to. They are so unprofessional, rude and condescending. We had some issues and just wanted to discuss it, this Luis guy was nasty and tried to blame everyone else.
