A deteriorating lumber deck was replaced with a custom composite deck, providing enhanced durability and aesthetics. The client chose heavy-duty, powder-coated metal railings for added strength and a modern look. All fascia was wrapped in 24-gauge aluminum flashing to protect the underlying lumber while adding a polished finish. The deck features a picture frame design, creating a striking visual appeal. To address the existing issues, we replaced the joists and some fascia to ensure proper leveling. Additionally, we applied deck joist tape to prevent moisture problems in the future, ensuring long-lasting performance and beauty.
