Jesswin never pulled a permit or bought the roofing materials with my deposit. After two months of excuses I asked for my money back a few weeks went by because he claimed he got covid he returns half my money and made more excuses for the other half now no answer from Jesswin brant I have no intentions of giving up I need my money back jesswin brant.

Fall of 2020: We contacted Jesswin Brant Construction, to give us an estimate on putting a new metal roof,on our house. He was very friendly, polite and informative about the details of installing a new roof! We excepted his offer, and put half down. I believe it was a week later, when our roofing materials arrived at our house! Had material unloaded in our driveway. I believe it was 1 to 2 weeks before he was able to come with his work crew to start the roofing. We knew he was going to be a couple weeks later before the start of work. Jesswin is very good with communicating to us what his plans were for the day. The company is very respectful of our property, our pets, and cleaned up the yard, after each day! The company is very friendly, and is very accomodating to your questions, and property needs. We paid him the other half that we owed, and were very very pleased with their work! This is a great company, and I would give 10 stars if it was available! You won't be disappointed! April 2021: We are so pleased with this company, that we have had them, recently give us an estimate on building us a one car garage, used for outdoor equipment. Gave jesswin Brant $3,500 to order product for a steel roof That was supposed to be installed and it has been over 100 days since we gave him the money. No sign of the guy with plenty of excuses as to why he cannot make it. Do not recommend Brant construction for anything. Very disgusted at this point in process of litigation.

We gave Jesswin Brant over $2800 as a down payment on a steel roof, in October. Well, the weather got bad, and supposedly he "ordered the wrong steel". By December and January, with breaks in the weather, we kept asking about getting a firm date. We finally did, and the steel "didn't show up", and supposedly, he could no longer get the steel we ordered. We asked for a refund. He alternated between not responding, and responding with a 'well, I haven't gotten the refund from the steel company yet'. We gave him a few weeks to come up with the money, with a firm end-of-month deadline - we have not seen a check. Pretty sure we're going to have to take this joker to court. DO NOT use Brant Construction!!
