Real Estate Professional - Noblesville, IN
My road to real estate has been a unique journey. I am a graduate from Butler University with degrees in Information Technology and Accounting. I spent time exploring those career opportunities but never enjoyed what I was doing. At my last position I was laid off because of budget cuts and immediately began working in construction because of my familiarity and experience. After working in construction for a time, I knew I could leverage my education and construction knowledge to provide superior service to folks buying and selling homes. As many folks know, buying and selling a home is an emotional journey that takes perseverance, integrity and honesty. To potential buyers: my job is not to sell you a home, but to provide you with cutting edge tools and resources to make the most informed decision when buying a home. My construction background allows me to point out potential problems and offer solutions that we may encounter when shopping for a home. I will be an invaluable resource when inspections are being conducted and will always place your wants/needs before anything else during the transaction. To potential sellers: Too often real estate agents simply take listings without providing feedback to sellers on how to maximize their selling potential. Simply cleaning, repainting or staging can earn you thousands of extra dollars at the closing table. Today's real estate agents view themselves as employees of the sellers and I disagree with that outlook. I view myself as an investment manager, similar to your stock broker. My job is to advise you on how to earn the most money from your investment and to offer superior tools and resources to ensure your goals are met. My responsibilities are to be honest with you on a price and condition of your home.
