During a pandemic they are not adhering to social distancing and they are all touching the equipment. Totally rude employees working on our block today. If I could I would give zero stars

This company is by far the worst experience I have had since moving the the Hampton Roads area. The survey contained questionable results based on previous performed survey. When I called to inquire about these results I was told "my guys would not lie but i will call to ask them. That is not the way we do business". Well I have yet to meet the person who cuts corners in their job and admits it. Back on subject, after an hour plus wait the same person I previously talked to called me back, and said "I called the survey crew and they said they did it right". yet they violated their own procedure buy not leaving objective quality evidence of performing the survey on 3 sides of the property. If you hire this company keep a close watch on them to ensure you get the product you paid for.
