Efficient Heating & Cooling

Jon has had to replace motors in both our inside unit and our outside unit. He's come over in a timely manner with his associate Jason and quickly found the problem and gotten affordable parts for a speedy installation. They are very friendly, family oriented, and professional. I will always call them first with A/C and heating problems.

I wanted to thank Jon Dobbs for getting to my house so quickly when I smelled gas and finding out and fixing the problem with the heater in my upstairs unit. I needed a new one, but he made the job less painful to my pocketbook and his whole crew was very nice and courteous. I look forward to this unit lasting as long as my last one did - about 18 years! I thank Jon for filling out the warranty paperwork and mailing it in for me! This is the second unit replaced by Efficient Heating and Cooling and I'd use them again! He's also helped me over the phone before when I've had a problem after a storm and we were able to figure out the circuit breaker was tripped - a no charge solution! Great work!
