I am an ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) Certified Home Inspector and licensed in Ohio to test for Radon. I spend a minimum of 3.5 hours onsite and produce a detailed computerized report containing photographs delivered via e:mail, at least by the end of the following day, but often the same night. I report on the condition of the home and it's major systems, following ASHI's Standards and Practices. Radon Testing follows the protocols of the State of Ohio Board of Health, and is an additional service available, if desired. I am a member of the Better Business Bureau,Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce, Stark County Association of Realtors, North Central Chapter of ASHI, Boy Scouts of America, and Yee Chong International.
