A new floor purchased from and installed by another location needed to be replaced, and a contentious situation had developed. I went to North Little Rock and met with Cody Drewry. He came and inspected my floor himself, gave me about 40 floorings to choose from at no cost to me, and sent crews to remove and replace the flooring. I was very pleased with the crews who worked diligently and cleaned up when they were finished. I want to thank Cody for diffusing a volatile situation and removing this major stressor from my life.
