At first, Kyndle was excited about showing us houses. We filled out her questionaire letting her know exactly what we were looking for. After multiple attempts to let her know some of the main things we were looking for, she was still unable to comprehend. We wanted land...not a lot! She continued to show us houses in neighborhoods that seemed to be stacked on top of each other. She even sent us emails on houses to look at and consider BUT they were "under contract". The last straw was when we attempted to let her go a month later and she informed us that we had signed an exclusive buyers agreement that was valid for 10 months!!! I know we should have read all the paperwork when putting in an offer on a house...that was our bad! However, when the document was placed snuggly as one of the last pages of a 20 page document, we just didn't. We trusted her when she told us it was strictly an offer on a house. BEWARE! I would not trust this realtor! Because we are legally still under contract with her, we have stopped looking at houses until the contract expires.

Kyndle was very thorough,she kept my wife and I up to date on the progress and made the closing process very smooth.
