Roe Gordon Construction

Roe & his crew have just finished the second big project for us in the last 6 months...and we couldn’t be happier! He’s professional and doesn’t cut corners. He has definitely become our “go to guy”.

When I came back here to review Roe Gordon for the second project he completed for us I realized I never updated the last review. It's been over 2 years since Roe built a driveway and garage for us and we've had no issues so when it was time to rebuild our front porch we did not hesitate to call him again. We live in a historic neighborhood with old houses that always present special challenges. Roe is meticulous and doesn't miss any details. When the old wood porch was removed we discovered the poor state of the framing beneath. Roe completely rebuilt it ensuring we have a safe, stable and beautiful porch for years and years. We've had two neighbors hire him after seeing the quality of work he does and they have not been disappointed either. We are very happy with our new porch and will certainly call him again for our next project!

Roe Gordon Construction just finished a large Renovation/remodel on my home. The work included a bump out (adding seven feet on an outside wall) to my dining area and added a concrete patio with a roof to match my house, removing walls and changing fireplace location, thus enlarging my living room by double. When the work was started, concrete was poured and his crews (sub-contractors) were fast and thorough, completing their phase in minimum time. Every one of my changes and additions were met head-on and with a smile because there are decades of experience and expertise in Mr. Gordon and his crews. The framing, drywall, brickwork, tile and painting sub-contractors were timely and efficient, doing a beautiful job. I am so very happy to be enjoying my “new” home. Well done! This project was completed in June 2018. One final note: Mr. Gordon, out of the goodness of his heart, personally helped me with things I needed to fix/install that were not a part of our contract. (I am up in years, and that was an enormous help.)

We are in the early phase of our project of building a garage but so far everything has been fantastic with Roe. His communication is great and he has a very high standard. He has already done our driveway and removed an interior wall and both look really good. He insists his subs do a quality and thorough job and will bring them back if it's not done to his liking. He also knows we need to stick strictly to our budget and has had great ideas to save along the way if something new popped up. I'll update this review when things are completed but I have confidence it will go smoothly and that he truly has our best interests in mind.
