Snyder Bros Painting

I enlisted Snyder Bros Painting to make-over my garage. it was in such terrible shape I didn't know where to begin. it had water damage and needed dry wall repair, a complete re-texturing and painting. Alan had a wealth of knowledge in all these areas. He made useful suggestion that managed costs, while at the same time he enhanced the overall design and appearance of the job

This is my second time hiring Snyder Bros Painting to do work in and around my condo. I first utilized Alan and his crew about 7 years ago and they painted a few rooms and I was extremely satisfied. So satisfied that I had Alan back out to my place to give me a quote on redoing the entire place. The ENTIRE place. I wanted fresh paint in all rooms, all ceilings, all base boards, all doors, all closets, kitchen, laundry room, dining room, living room, and fire place. (Make sure to inquire about the faux finish look on accent walls, you'll be thrilled that you did). I was already aware of their ability as a crew to cut paint into ceilings and walls, since I'm an OCD neat freak and its the look I was after. Basically, I didn't want it to look like I hosted a painting party and invited friends that were there for the free drinks and pizza with paint all where it shouldn't be...Which is what most places look like when I go in and observe the finished product. I notice the little things first and foremost, and that would never fly with me. I had Alan do my tile work in my kitchen, bathrooms, vanity, and foyers. Again, great attention to detail and everything looks neat and clean, and all lines up perfectly. I had them also do the flooring (laminate/wood) throughout my main living area and all hallways. PERFECT. I couldn't be happier overall. The place came together way better than I thought was possible. Here are a few takeaways: -Very VERY clean and considerate to my place while they were working, meaning no mess left after daily progress. -Alan and his crew are as professional as can be, and very responsive anytime I would need to call or contact him. -They do this everyday for a living, and there was an immediate sense of trust that I had when I decided to move forward and hire them for the second time. They know what they're doing and it shows. -I had a couple minor issues and they were all addressed and taken care of as if they were major issues, and in a timely matter. That attitude and service goes a long way with me. One of my favorite quotes ever, and so very true..."Customer service Is NOT a department, it IS an attitude." In my second experience with Snyder Bros and Alan, that saying sums it up. Thanks to Alan, Tim, Jason, and all the other guys that I may be forgetting for making my condo a pretty awesome place. I absolutely love it again!
