At Michael Menn Ltd., we offer a single source for design (architecture) and build (construction) excellence. We strive to exceed the goals of our clients, be it for renovation, remodeling, room additions or new construction. On the residential side, we do kitchens, bath suites, and complete home projects, including exteriors. We do single family homes, townhouses and high rise living units. On the commercial side, we do everything from restaurant and retail to office buildings to healthcare facilities and more. I personally have had the privilege of working in this industry for more than 30 years, serving the entire Chicagoland area but primarily the North Shore. I am proud of the work I do, but prouder still that I have been able to fulfill the visions of so many wonderful clients. I am only happy when my clients are happy. Most companies will list honesty as an attribute, somewhere after quality, experience and maybe even low price. We think honesty is the most important attribute to look for in an architect or construction resource. After all, if you cannot trust these people, you cannot work with them.
