| Luke Dr / Napa Re-paint | Feb 2015 | We painted the inside 4 different colors walls only and full exterior paint. The interior was all brush and roll with minor wall repairs. The exterior was cleaned and new siding was primed and caulked. All trim areas were caulked, nail holes were puttied and spot primed. We sprayed and back brushed two coats of low sheen on all the exterior walls, eaves and downspouts. All window trim, door trim, gutters, fascia's and railings were brushed with two coats of semi-gloss. Doors were primed and painted 3 coats red. | $11k | Napa, CA |
