My job was explained to me so that I understood everything that was going to be done. I also had the knowledge and pictures to show how they did and what was needed to be fixed as they worked. Very satisfied with the work and the company. Got other bids and very compatible actually beat out my other bids.

We used Scott to put a new roof on our house because he has such good reviews on a number of sites including the BBB. Well I have to say those reviews were correct. From the first time I called Scott he was prompt getting back to me, he came out personally and assessed the situation, he was professional, courteous and friendly. He worked with our specific needs as to what we wanted with our roof and his crew was out at our house within the week of signing the contract and finished within that day. Afterwords there were a few tiny things that I wanted addressed and Scott came out himself personally and addressed every issue and fixed everything to my liking. These were small tiny nitpick things that many people would not even consider a problem at all but nevertheless Scott made sure I was completely happy. It's an absolutely beautiful roof and I would recommend him to anyone!

My experience with Comia Home Builders was outstanding. Their attention to detail, delivering a quality product and customer service is second to none. The project was completed on time and competitively priced. I now have the most beautiful deck in the neighborhood.
