I have spent quite some time working on several room additions and porch project designs with Arlene. I am a rehab investor, Construction Estimator & Carpenter by occupation. So, I had many design challenges to overcome. We have collaborated and Arlene who assisted me on design and City of Chicago codes from the preliminaries. We have been very happy and delighted with the work! Our design, construction, & remodeling is one of a kind! Arlene’s creative approach to her work suits our needs very well! We love it! We really love the results of the outcome of various projects we have recently completed. The way everything on our project was presented fresh and current with ideas, that fits smoothly with each addition and porch-deck that we do. After 3 years we have had many successful rehabilitation projects. We had open communication and presentation of ideas and were keep informed of each project, in terms of price, quality and materials. We plan to use Arlene on a great deal of our future jobs!

From J. Odell: My fiance K and I are considering the purchase of a small residence in Riverside, IL. Through friends, we visited a home not yet on the market. It is a split level modern house built in the 50'S. What makes it remarkable is its redesign done by Arlene Warda Architecture. Unlike many humdrum houses, the living room, part of the attic space, and 2nd level bedroom were altered to realize a ground floor open plan concept complete with a new 16' high cathedral ceiling. The living room and loft stlye bedroom now have skylights for light and air circulation. The loft is completely private, unseeable from the first level living room. The owner has since constructed a spacious deck attached to the back of the house on the second level with two access doors from the house. The deck also boasts a drop down hot tub! We are superimpressed, especia;lly with the interior of the home redesigned by Warda Architecture. Even if this home never becomes available to us, we will certainly contact Arlene's firm for design reconceptions in our future.

We have spent three years designing our backyard façade and porch project design with Arlene. I am a designer, interior designer by occupation, so I came with my own ideas, sketches and computer dwg.’s. We have collaborated and Arlene who assisted us on design and City of Chicago codes from the preliminaries. We have been very happy and delighted with the work! Our design Is one of a kind, creative and suits the house, and existing two story Victorian on the north side, Edgewater. We love it, love it, love it! It is both made for our outdoor entertaining, dining, cooking and exiting needs. The way everything on our project was presented fresh and current with ideas, and fits smoothly with our house. After 3 years new buyers came when our house went it was for sale and thought the house was exactly what they wanted with the new backyard façade porch idea. It really sold our house! We had open communication and presentation of ideas and were keep informed of project, in terms of price, quality and materials. We plan to give her our next house project we are purchasing after this!
