We contracted David to landscape our yard and put paver around our pool. I took us for 43000.00. The pool had to be cleaned of all the mud they used on the pavers the driveway has collapsed the plants are brown the grass also died. We have called left messages but no response. VERY DISHONEST MAN!!

Artisan Landscapes David Brakebill is a dishonest contractor. In September 2017 he took a $4666 deposit for work to be completed by January 2018. By the end of March 2018 he had not even started the job. I demanded a refund and he only refunded $4000. I took him to Knox Count Court and won a judgement for the remainder of my depposit and court costs. Court Case 11477H. He still has not repayed my. Artisan Landscpaes, Oak Ridge, Tn, David Brakebill owner took a $4666 deposti from me in September of 20107 to build a retaiming wall in December or January. By March of 2018 work had not been started. I demanded a refund but he only refunded $4000. I took him to court and won a judgement against him and he still has not paid me back. He doesn't return most phone calls and had every excuse in the book for not starting my wall. Do not give this man a deposit until he shows up and starts working.
