I opened claim 11/4/2019 with warranty company to fix my Delta faucet,, and the claim was assigned to Amazing Plumbing and Rooter, Inc. from Antioch, CA The technician came on 11/7, to fix Delta faucet ($400 value), parts are readily available in Home-Depot or Lowes for less than $20, Also, I had all the parts as I bought parts from Delta to fix it myself. The technician had very poor communication or lack of communication ability. He never mentioned that the warranty company will provide certain cash for us to buy new faucet or parts our self or he will replace Delta faucet with Glacier bay. When we asked for our old faucet, he could not return it despite the warranty company manager’s assurance that the faucet will be returned. He came back on 11/12 installed cheap Glacier Bay faucet, which he poorly installed, water continued to leak and partially shut down dishwasher valve and my dishwasher was not cleaning dishes. Faucet is poorly installed, he did not follow the instructions in the manual, did not even tighten bottom screw. Any time water is spilled around faucet as it is common while cleaning dishes or sink, water will leak underneath. It has damaged my cabinet and has mold. Came back on 11/27 and he did not even bother to view where it was leaking nor answered several questions we had. Even after a month, a simple faucet is not installed correctly, and I can’t use cabinet underneath the sink.
