This has been the worst handyman service we have gotten in all the years we have owned a home. The foreman had the most experience of the three. He had to take doors off and repaint, after I complained about the poor job. Don't know why the doors were not painted first before hanging. Somehow they weren't able to rekey the locks, so the foreman told my husband to return it to Lowes or he would have to charge us to return it himself. Job was completed on 2nd day The owner did not come to review the completed work. We thought someone should have. Our mistake was not having a second estimate and questioning the total cost for the job. AND why we had to buy the screen door and locks for fire doors. We have learned a very expensive lesson.

This is going to be lengthy, so if you don't want to read the whole thing let me say 1) I will always go to RB Handyman for my needs first (and subsequently recommend them) and 2) if he is available I would have Don do the work. For the whole review - read here. We came home from vacation to find our kitchen/family room flooded. After dealing with the remediation company we needed a contractor to rebuild our kitchen. We looked at reviews and sent a message out to Rick. He was prompt in his response and quick to come over to bid the job. We settled on the scope and the price and set the date. The the fun began... we had A LOT of difficulty with our cabinet makers (but that's a different less favorable review) wrong cabinets, delay after delay, and all the while rick and his crew worked with us to reschedule or work around the delays. The quality of the work was outstanding and in the end we couldn't be happier. Now about Don. Don was the crew member assigned to our project. He was on time everyday. He was professional, conscientious, patient, tidy, a perfectionist... there aren't enough adjectives to describe his level of quality. He made recommendations when he thought something could be done better, and he took his time to make sure his work was right. He felt like a member of the family. Rick Burgard is an excellent contractor that runs an excellent crew. All of my future needs big and small will be done by RB. Without exception.

Hello, I'm Lonnie Smith. My wife and I looked for a handyman to install double oven, cooktop and over the range microwave. We set a date and time. I tell ya, they're the greatest. Very professional, I mean it has to be to their excellent craftsmanship. Just Awesome. Put cardboard down so they wouldn't scratch the floor. I could have just picked those guys up and give them all hugs. You don't find these type of guys anymore. Very few and in between. Oh and did I mention $$$$. Absolutely reasonable prices. Actually finished ahead of schedule. Wiped everything down prior to leaving. Spotless. This is the first comment I've ever wrote on yelp. Highly recommend these guys for any home improvements.
