These guys are the best in town!! Very professional. Chris and his crew are very knowledgeable and did a great job at installing my drain field and hooking up my kitchen faucet. they also have some of the best customer service! I can't say enough good things about this company.

I purchased a home knowing the drain field needed replaced. I found Chris from LCI Plumbing on Home Advisor. He offered to replace the drain field(permits, materials, labor) for $3500. I accepted his offer. He showed up a few days later and began digging. 30 minutes into the dig while I wasn’t there for a minute, my cement tank mysteriously collapsed in and now I needed a new one. He said he’d replace it too for another $3250. I begrudgingly accepted because I needed a septic system. After taxes or fees I paid total of $6900 for the replacement of the whole system. This is a week before Christmas. 2 days they were done and I thought, man they’re good, that was quick. Nope 3 weeks later piss and poop water started coming up out of ground. I called Chris to let him know, he said he’d be out ASAP. Next day he showed up at my house without notice, dug up my ground a little and left without a word. He called once he left to tell me I needed a new different kind of drain field and I would have to spend another $7-12000 dollars because my dirt is no good and it’s my fault because it’s my dirt therefore I have to pay to have it fixed. I hung up and called other plumbers and they all asked the same question and all told me the same thing. They asked if I signed paperwork from health inspector I said no. They then said he didn’t pull permits and he’s trying to scam you. I called Chris back asked if he got permits he said no, I wrote it up as a repair and you don’t need permits for a repair(yes you do by law), however my invoice says replacement. I then asked about health inspector and he got all huffy sayin this and that, and fine we’ll go with health inspector but it’s gonna be $12000 then. I hung up. Texted him I was going with other plumbers and to stay off my property. I found new plumbers and they did everything by the book. Got permits, soil evaluation, health inspection (I have a well in same area). They had to completely move entire system to include tank. LCI put the tank in backwards an unleveled to compensate for being backwards. They put drain field chambers on top of clay, covered it with the broken chunks of concrete from old tank on both new tank and drain field. Crushing parts. Then packed more clay on top. Health inspector(Hank Schwall) and new plumbers said it was worst job they had ever seen. Most code violations as well. New system by Full Circle Septic was a filled system with new dirt(13 truck loads) passed inspection and works flawlessly. It was also proper size. Chris put in a 375 sq ft. I needed a 616 and now have it after another $8000 and a new company. Never trust Chris. He’s a crook a scam artist and will rob you blind. He’ll put your health at risk for quick money.
