Mr. Folsom gave us a wonderful design and asked for a 50% deposit, which we gave him. He never delivered materials, did the work or will return calls. We took him to Small Claims Court and he didn't even show up for the court date. We have a judgement against him and are in the process of trying to collect. Do not give this company a deposit, they will take your money and never deliver on their promise to do the work.
