All began well and he assured us that he would start and complete our job in a 3 week period between 10/1/17 and 10/17/17 we gave him more than sufficient time to complete all work. that was agreed to, he provided a quote and it stated all areas would be covered as needed and we discussed that all needed to be kept clean through out the job. he did not supervise his crews, they started late, I began the work he was contracted for, the work was sloppy and his crew did marginal work, they left the work area and home a mess which I had to supervise. communication with Josh was good until he had gone more than a week over his completion date and I questioned his not completing 3 specific items he had agreed to the day prior. he refused to answer his phone and abandon the job, ended up having to hire a new contractor to repair the walls damaged by his crew, repair the poor quality paint job done in closets and 2 rooms, paint rooms he and his crew had not even started. I do not recommend this contractor for any work you need avoid them.
