My house is a "California Split Level" In front in a garage on a concrete slab. The rest of the house in on a sub floor. After a heavy rain of 4 or 5 days water collects under the house at the lowest point and floods a bedroom. I have had french drains installed and all the rain gutters are tight lined to the backyard.
