This project was fun! Customer contacted The Integrity Handyman to scrape a bedroom ceiling flat (drop the popcorn), install a room fan, texturize the ceiling and re-paint the room a new color. Between this work the customer added a request that the guest bathroom be repainted, new tile flooring laid, new 'stylish' trim to be installed around the flooring as well as the mirror and a shower door installed.

We were contacted about a property needing exterior trim work done. We replaced the trim on a few windows that had bad water & termite rot. The boards had to be custom trimmed and stacked to meet the requirements of the house appeal.

Paul contacted us to initially complete a "re-model" on his guest bedroom. This included dropping the ceiling (popcorn removal), texturing the ceiling, painting the entire room a new 'fresher' color, installing a room fan and adding new 'stylish' floor trim. Between this work, we were requested to complete the guest bathroom as well which included removing the flooring and laying tile, repainting the entire room (walls-white & cabinets/trim-grey), adding new 'stylish floor trim and installing a shower door.
