Brad Moreau Construction, based in Oceanside, is an insured, bonded masonry specialist. Providing fireplace repair, bricklaying, and chimney repair, they were founded in the 1970s. The state of California has licensed Brad Moreau Construction. In May 2011, they did a bathroom remodel in the Fire Mountain neighborhood using a permit received from the city of Oceanside; they finished a deck project in December 2006 using a permit received from the city of Mission Viejo.
