Rudy Rodriguez Painting and Remodeling

We paid Rudy Rodriguez $54,500.00 to do some remodeling to our home. He did not use the right materials for the job, had poor and substandard workmanship, he did not correct any of the issues we brought to his attention (with only a statement of :I'll take care of it" and never did), and he abandoned the job after I told him there would be no more money until I saw results. His business website page states he "Guarantees" his work. Well, we have not seen any deployment of his "Guarantee". All we got from Rudy Rodriguez was excuses and a depleted bank account. We had to pay another contractor to tear down, haul off and start from fresh to do a job we paid Rudy Rodriguez to do. Our home improvement project has now cost us in access of $100.00,00 due to his incompetence as a contractor. If you decide to use this contractor, beware of his smooth talk. He comes across as a good Christian; but in reality, it appears his smooth talk is only in order to fleece you of your hard earned money. He has used several names ans business addresses in which to throw the consumer off the scrutiny of his business practices. Beware of the contractor he is a thief (takes your money without earning it) and a liar.

We hired Rudy Rodriguez to build on an addition for us. We checked references on him and everything else. Due to it being a big job we had to put $20,000.00 up front for materials and all. We asked others if they had given him money before he had started their job. We were told by several people they had no problems with giving him the money and that he did a great job. He ended up stealing the money and caused more work for us in what little he did. Becareful of this man for he will tell you what you want to hear and rob you blind. After we had this happen to us we heard from someone else that he had stolen from. Then a couple we go to church with also said he stole from them and didn't finish the job. Another person who also filed a complaint on him said he tore her kitchen out and took payment up front for materials also and never came back.... She no longer had a kitchen. So becareful of this thief and what he does. Don't let him fool you like he did us. Also becareful of his so called references. They were probably his friends who lied for him....
