I am very happy to meet Ryan and his professional approach to our issues with our AC unit. He was very informative about WHY we had our issues and offered options to correct the issues. Working with the office, he was able to correct the problems at a price that we could afford to get the job done. He did not try to UP SALE us, just gave the options. Being a disabled Veteran, over 75 yrs old helped also. He pointed out that what we had purchased over a year ago that failed just did not do the job which caused more damage. What a nightmare. I had my entire AC system done by AirZone and they failed to pull a permit, I had to call the building department and then after 4 months they finally pulled a permit. Then its been a year and now my AC has leaked through my ceiling and ruined my attic and ceiling! I called them about coming out to look at it and they refused. I had another contractor come out and look at it only to find out AirZone did not "hang" the handler as I paid for, they have it siting on my beams, they melted an OLD PVC pipe to bend it NOT replace it as I paid AND it states in my contract AND the unit is out of Plumb and is now BENT! They are not willing to take any responsibility for the bad installation per Sean who I spoke with about the issue. Let the photos speak for themselves.
