They charged me 50$ for 10$ idler pulley replaced in samsung dryer and total cost for idler pulley and service is 240$. I would never hire them again.

It was easy to make an appointment with this company. Mike diagnosed the problem with our oven and quickly repaired it. He was pleasant and professional. This was definitely a positive experience.

The story begins October 30, 2016. We bought the warranty from NFM. "Nebraska Home Appliance" comes out November 16 and tells me they have to order a redesigned part because the original part is no longer available And on back order. December 20 "Nebraska Home Appliance" comes out again and refuses to work on the unit until we sign a waiver saying they are not responsible for any water damage. Tonight, 5 days later on the 15th, the dishwasher makes a gurgling noise and won't turn off unless we turn off the circuit breaker. The code LE means water leak. So now we have no dishwasher or garbage disposal.
