Larry Jensen is by far, the worst landlord I've ever rented from. He steals peoples hard earned money & makes up false reasons as to why he is keeping their money. He had me move the previously evicted tenants belongings out & had me clean & re-paint the entire unit, including purchasing all the supplies & paint. He has refused to reimburse me for any of it. He is also lying about not receiving my deposit. I gave him $650 cash and he is saying he never received it. I'm confident this will work out in my favor, as Legal Aid has agreed to take my case. JUST WARNING EVERYONE POSSIBLE. I will be posting my review on every site there is.
