We have been using United Services for the past three years and have been extremely satisfied with the service, quality of products, pricing and customer service. Our latest home improvement, the exterior of our home, was updated with James Hardy siding, 6 inch gutters, painting, roof and exterior doors. The service we received from Mark Passer and his crews was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied, made adjustments when required and ensured we were keep up-to-date as the project progressed. We have no hesitation in recommending United Services Home Improvements for all your home projects.

In short, systematic failures in communication. I could write out a novella of what happened on what date and the amount of time that elapsed before I finally had enough and initiated contact to see what the story was with our storm damage repairs. After my insurance company could not get a hold of them I promised an honest review based on my experience going forward. United Services failed and I will not be using them again. Edit: I have talked with the owner about the experience and upgraded the rating.
