  | Bennington Lake | Jul 2015 | This home was a new build with an open canvas to create a " Colorado Feel." We incorporated a paver patio with a 6 foot fire pit. We installed many plants of which included pine tree and birch trees. We captured the "Colorado Feel" by adding a water feature along with many boulder accents. Since the homeowner lives on a lake it was imperative we installed a volleyball court. | $40k | Bennington, NE |

  | Bellbrook | May 2015 | The were fortunate enough to have a flexible homeowner at this residence and were able to use our creative imagination. We tore off the an existing deck which was about 12' x 12' and replaced it with 3 - 12' x 12' patios all interconnecting. We also installed a 10' x 10' pergola with an under hanging light fixture. Of course everyone likes fire, so we hooked the homeowner up with 3 tiki torches that have built in electrical lights below and a flame on top through their 24' long sitting wall! We also installed a 6' fire pit filled with ocean blue glass! This homeowner loved the idea of water but didn't have a setup for a waterfall so we created a rock bubbler in front and two bubbling pots out back. If wasn't all about lights, water, and fire.
