I wouldn't even give 1 star if it wasn’t required. He tries to charge you for work that hasn't been done or what was quoted to you. He doesn't come to the appointment on time and has horrible customer service. I just wish I would have seen all the other bad reviews before dealing with him.

If Rod Suhr is still the owner of this company- turn and run!! He originally quoted me $4,100 to replace my swimming pool liner. I had a large tear and it was the end of June so I thought I was lucky to get someone to do the work. Once I accepted his quote, he realized he had me over a barrel and raised the original quote of $4,100 to $4,500. I had to accept since I couldn't get any other company to even come out since it was mid season. He then told my wife and I to pick out a liner from a stack of samples. When we showed him our choice he said that he wanted $300 more for that liner. An internet search shows a Rod Suhr who was forced to surrender his license in a cattle trading operation. Same guy? My advice is turn and run.
