Had a poorly built finished basement with wood paneling and fluorescent lights and live cut wires hidden behind the walls. Added a bathroom, laundry room, relocated the water heater, replaced all galvanized plumbing with copper, fixed all electrical issues with house, replaced 1 electrical panel and 2 sub panels with a properly sized panel. Finishing touches of the basement included recessed lighting, fully tiled "walk in" style shower with bench, glass block window in shower, hand scraped look laminate floor throughout besides bathroom and laundry, custom made 6 panel doors, and laundry folding table.
