Source of leak
Furnace installation crew drilled large hole in roof vent pipe, placed a vapor discharge tube in the hole. They did not secure hose or seal hole so tube slipped out. Water from tube and exterior water came into attics and down into walls. Also went under bathroom tiles floor, etc.

Type of damage
Just not sure of extent because I do not know how long it leaked. Cannot see in walls, if it has affected flooring. The insulation on the attic floor was wet & has been flipped back to dry. Concerns of unseen black mold in ceilings and/or walls that I cannot see.
