The customer wanted a studio apartment in the basement of his business with all the comforts of home because lives a few hours away and likes to visit a couple of days each week. We built the frame; Ran new water, sewer, and electrical lines to service the apartment; Installed an Up-Flush system, and finished with drywall and laminate flooring. The customer was satisfied with the results and frequently stays in the apartment.
