Tile Shower pan leaks when shower is being used. Job is as follows Demo complete shower pan up to age of 18 inches high down to wall studs. Repair floor if necessary, install proper hot mop shower drain and prep area for hot mop Tar Liner. Subcontract professional Tile man to reinstall Tile and seal base and dam. Test newly installed tile drain and hot mop, test good. Shower glass doors had to be replaced because old shower pan was not the correct height or size for flood Rim. New glass doors were not part of Plumbing Bib.
