You need to hire Paul and his crew. Paul came out on a weekend with no hesitation and no hiked up fee. Worked for hours to solve my old heat pump/AC problem. When I needed a new system I didn't hesitate to go to Paul and the quote was more than competitive. Great quality and the entire 3 ton unit was installed by mid afternoon. FIN in Valley, Alabama

10/22/2016 – Scott Yates I manage a commercial property in Auburn, AL which required a kitchen renovation that included the installation of a fire hood suppression system and associated air intakes and exhaust. Originally, I had sourced the a majority of the equipment and hired a general contractor to install the commercial restaurant hood and fire suppression system. Unfortunately three weeks into the job, the General Contractor got over his head and abandoned the job. I then reached out to four mechanical contractors for proposals and expressed a sense of urgency in getting the job completed by early Sept. Paul with MCS was ultimately selected because he was very responsive, personable, and competitive in his proposal. I can't say the same for the other mechanical contractors based upon my direct experience. Throughout the entire project, Paul took charge and made it happen. While we had some ups and downs throughout the project around the permitting process, coordinating with the appropriate inspectors, and unforeseen code updates that required additional scope of work (all outside of Paul's control), he was a consummate problem solver who was persistent in getting the job done. When I encountered electrical and fire installation issues outside of his original scope of work and responsibility, he took the initiative and helped me resolve it even though it wasn't in his wheelhouse. Throughout the project, Paul constantly kept me up to date on the status. Due to his heavy workload and some unforeseen HVAC emergencies with other customers, we did have to reschedule some of work which impacted the overall project timeline. However, he always kept me up to date on what was going on. Overall, I had an outstanding experience with Paul and MCS. I would highly recommend them for your mechanical contractor, refrigeration, and HVAC requirements. I look forward to working with him again. Description of work: For a commercial restauarant hood and fire suppression system, MCS was hired to 1) install the exhaust fan and return air vents on the roof, 2) fabricate and install all necessary ductwork between the hood, exhaust, and vents, 3) balance and test the system, 4) coordinate with the appropriate City and Code Enforcement representatives to inspect and pass the system, and 5) install a handrail on roof in accordance with updated codes. ..............................................................OverallA ..............................................................PriceA ..............................................................QualityA ..............................................................ResponsivenessA ..............................................................PunctualityB ..............................................................ProfessionalismA Category: Heating & A/C Services Performed: Yes Cost: $8000 Work Completed Date: 09/12/2016 Hire Again: Yes Scott Yates 615 Boulder Way Roswell, GA 30075 Respond to this review!
