This condo was stuck in the 70s: dingy brown cabinets, worn out fixtures, and ready for a complete overhaul. What started as a bathroom update turned into a complete remodel of the condo. The kitchen became our main target, and as we brought it out of the 70s, the rest came with it. Our client wanted a home closer to their grandchildren, but to be comfortable and functional, it needed an update. Once we begin on a design plan for one space, the vision can spread across to the other rooms, up the walls, and down to the floors. Beginning with the bathroom, our client opted for a clean and elegant look: white quartz, subway tile, and floating shelves, all of which was easy to translate into the kitchen. The shower and tub were replaced and tiled with a perfectly sized niche for soap and shampoo, and a slide bar hand shower from Delta for an easy shower experience. Perfect for bath time with the grandkids! And to maximize storage, we installed floating shelves to hide away those extra bath toys! In a condo where the kitchen is only a few steps from the master bath, it's helpful to stay consistent, so we used the same quartz countertops, tiles, and colors for a consistent look that's easy on the eyes. The kitchen received a total overhaul. New appliances, way more storage with tall corner cabinets, and lighting that makes the space feel bright and inviting. But the work did not stop there! Our team repaired and painted sheetrock throughout the entire condo, and also replaced the doors and window frames. So when we're asked, "Do you do kitchens?" the answer is, "We do it all!"

We're always happy to see carpeted bathrooms go by the wayside, and we were elated with how these wood floors turned out! Not only that, we tossed the tub to make more room for an extra wide vanity with custom cabinetry and completely redid the shower with glass doors and a unique tile pattern. Our clients were so happy with their bathroom, they asked us to do their kitchen! More custom cabinetry, new appliances, and fresh countertops gave the kitchen a fresh new look. Our Portland bathroom remodeling team had a ball working on this Hillsboro master bath renovation. From our initial in-home design appointment all the way through to the final touches, we guided our customers through the entire design and remodeling process, creating a stunning bathroom on time and within budget. The first step for our designer was to visit the home and discover our customer’s vision for the space. The existing master bathroom had two single-vanities on either side of the room, plus a dividing wall that separated the shower and toilet area from the rest of the bathroom. The result was a bathroom with a lot of square footage that felt cramped and claustrophobic. The first step to opening up this space was to remove the wall and turn these two small rooms into one large master bathroom. We then planned to completely remove one of the vanities and upgrade the other to a double-vanity with two sinks and two mirrors, saving valuable square footage and creating a larger, more comfortable space. This newly opened up space allowed us to expand the shower and give our customers the large, open shower they were looking for! Next we got to work on all of the materials. Our experienced Portland contractor team beautifully installed a range features like floor-to-ceiling tile, radiant heated floors, an electronic self-cleaning toilet-washlet combo, and gorgeous LED light fixtures. We absolutely love the results of this Hillsboro bathroom remodel. Our customers were able to select the features they loved in the setting of their own home, with the peace of mind that Devine Bath’s design and construction crews would guide them through each stage of the renovation process.

"Simple" is not a bad word when rethinking your bathroom design. This master bath remodel favors greyscale tones to create a visual simplicity and elegance. We removed a rarely used bathtub for more floorspace, and we installed the shower's custom glass enclosure to let the light from the two large windows fill the room. Here’s a perfect example of a small bathroom with great potential. Our clients wanted their master bathroom to feel more open, but were unsure of their options, considering they only had a small space to work with. But sometimes a few small tweaks in a bathroom layout can make a huge difference. By moving the shower to where the toilet used to be (and vice versa) we were able to completely open up the room and make the most of that precious square footage!

You don't have to change the layout in order to upgrade your bathroom. Built in tub to beautiful Victoria Albert clawfoot, upgrade! Well worn tile to faux wood porcelain flooring, upgrade! Bland white shower to pebbles and tiles, upgrade! Keeping the beautiful wood vanity cabinets and the overall layout gave us a great base to rework and revitalize this master bath.

We upgraded this outdated bathroom by gutting their small fiberglass shower and replacing it with this open shower with a fixed glass panel, complete with sleek brushed nickel fixtures. White subway tiles, and cabinets lend a clean, classic aesthetic and open up the room while yellow linens add a sunny pop of color to the new space. We were able to enlarge the shower by over a foot by removing a wall section on the right side and moving the wall back. We also made the space feel even larger by installing a curbless tile shower with no threshold to break up the space. This bathroom feels much larger than it actually is due to the light colors and clean lines.

With plenty of technologically advanced features, we had our hands full with this bathroom makeover. We started by replacing both the existing shower and bathtub with a big, open steam shower. We used both large-format and mosaic tile for an inspiring design and incorporated plenty of storage space along with a small shelf for added functionality. A unique, advanced system, the two shower heads grab your attention and offer multiple settings for ultimate comfort. We transformed the main space by updating the floors and installing a double vanity made out of striking dark wood cabinets. This high tech bathroom makes a statement and offers ample functionality to make it a truly enjoyable space.

For this project, we worked with two bathrooms in the house, both with amazing results. In the first, we built a large, spacious shower with glass doors that took in plenty of natural light, making our team’s beautiful tile work glow. For the smaller guest bathroom, we installed an intricate new vanity and put in matching light fixtures. The shower itself offers a luxurious look with several shelves and a striking mosaic tile design that plays wonderfully off the light.
