Howard Nagel Corp

Nagel claimed to have a "team" who is fully vetted (see his website) but the subs he used were unprofessional and with little knowledge. His electrician left a live wire in my ceiling and wired multiple ovens on a single circuit. Neither Nagel nor any of his crew could read a lighting design. There were constant mistakes, the "team" showed up rarely, my house sat for months open to the elements. After 18 months of little to no progress, I fired Nagel. With my new group, every day there was a new discovery of dangerous or poor work. I had to rewire, redo all the hardwood floors throughout the house, resand and paint sheetrock, reinstall almost everything Nagel installed (some still left to do), rebuild framing, redo lighting...almost nothing had been done well or correctly. Thankfully, Nagel and his cohort JK Carpentry have been banned for the last three years from working in our county.
