Our process protects and improves your home's indoor air quality. We use very little water whipped up into a fluffy foam that traps dirt, oils, allergens and toxins. Our low-moisture cleaning is safe for your carpets, rugs, natural rugs, and upholstery. In fact, our process minimizes the chance of mold or mildew, and your carpets, rugs, and upholstery dry very very quickly - often within a few hours.

Carlan Cleaners has been cleaning my rugs (including expensive oriental area rugs), carpets, and upholstery for over a decade. Carl McKenzie and his wife, Ann are lovely people. They are honest, trustworthy, careful, conscientious, and do a consistently great job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

We have used Carlan Cleaners for at least 20 years and they do an incredible job on not only our wool and our acrylic rugs but on our furniture as well. They take their time and are extremely thorough in the work they do. I would recommend Carl and his company to anyone interested in getting first class cleaning for their home.
