The tech - Chris - came to remove a broken and leaking cartridge from my shower knob (that I had broken trying to remove it myself). He was very knowledgeable and, though I still need him to come back and replace the valve as well, he left the shower in working order and allowed us to restore water to the rest of our house! I will be calling them again as soon as I put together a few bucks to get the valve replaced!
