Apopka DWV leak | Feb 2016 | Homeowner had several other contractors out to find mysterious water damage leak. Several contractors tried to band-aide the job by tightening drains but no one really diagnosed the problem. Investigation revealed that the homeowner, when putting up a shelving unit in the garage punctured the 3" DWV stack from second floor bathroom. Bathroom projects | Feb 2015 | He placed the master bathroom commode. Installed new water lines and properly caulked around the commode. Also, placed the faucets in sinks with new lines. The work went extremely well. No damages to the flooring or the walls being the commode was in a separate area on the master bathroom. All old figures and debris were cleaned up and removed from the house. Mysterious Water Leak | Dec 2014 | This homeowner had a major water leak in their master bath and were without water to their home over the New Year holiday. Other plumbers told the homeowner that they had a bad water leak but would need to call a leak detecting professional to locate the leak and then call them back to come out and repair it. This would have resulted in two different bills and two different contractors for this repair. After spending some time listening and troubleshooting the leak it was discovered underneath the master bath tub.
