Bathroom projects

Feb 2015

He placed the master bathroom commode. Installed new water lines and properly caulked around the commode. Also, placed the faucets in sinks with new lines. The work went extremely well. No damages to the flooring or the walls being the commode was in a separate area on the master bathroom. All old figures and debris were cleaned up and removed from the house. He recommended that the old commode be placed in a large bag so the waste management workers woul not have to touch old parts.

Mysterious Water Leak

Dec 2014

This homeowner had a major water leak in their master bath and were without water to their home over the New Year holiday. Other plumbers told the homeowner that they had a bad water leak but would need to call a leak detecting professional to locate the leak and then call them back to come out and repair it. This would have resulted in two different bills and two different contractors for this repair. After spending some time listening and troubleshooting the leak it was discovered underneath the master bath tub. We asked the homeowner to remove a tile and had the leak repaired and water back on the home within thirty minutes. They had spent the previous two days without water.
