REED'S OVERHEAD DOORS

I will be highly recommending Reed's to anyone and everyone! We had an emergency commercial garage door issue and they were able to send Marty out the very next morning. Marty was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the issue and the possible solutions. He was able to inform me of my options, which he recommended, and the merits of the others. He was able to do this in a very clear way that made it easy for me to relay the information to the property owner in a clear way. Fantastic service from Reed's and amazing customer service by Marty! This company is now our go to garage door experts!

My husband and I went in and ordered our door, waited 3 weeks..then on the day of install I was called and told "color was wrong,came in white instead of sandstone." So we had to wait another week. When the installation was done, I just glanced over the door and was excited to have a working one. Well...then my husband came home and the neighbours who recommended reeds came over and was pointing out poor workmanship. Bent brakets,unlevel motor, and the wheels didn't line up. I called and asked to speak to owners. 8:30 am. Joey said he was office manager and he would come out himself and check out the work. The owners were not available. Well at 3:00 that afternoon I got a call from reeds, but not joey looking for my house. He came out, looked around, tweaked a few things and left. My husband and neighbours came to look at it again and brackets are still bent, so I called back right away at 430. Already closed. So, I left a message, an aggravated one and I still haven't heard back. So I'm mad, we spent good money on our door, can't get ahold of owners, no response of voicemail. Shotty work and almost 24 hours later, no response.
