Small projects with an emphasis on property maintenance. Finish carpentry, door replacements, screen doors and window retrofits. Electrical rough to finish, install GFI's where ground wire is unavailable, change out circuit breakers or replace outlets. Install fans and, new can light LED floods. Plumbing, change out faucets or replace washers and seats. I have also installed water rationing/ grey water systems. Painting for touch up in waterbased paints, oil and lacquer not a problem, interior or exterior.
