Fix It Fred

I called Fred, several years ago, to check out my backyard spa. He came within the scheduled appointment time, was very professional and after he checked out my system, told me it was a ground fault problem with my power panel... probably the GFI breakers. He began packing up his equipment, and I asked him how much the bill was. He explained in a very polite that he didn't charge for estimates. I thanked him I was a dependant of Chief A. J. Bruno (CEC) who was an electrical instructor for MNCB-5. But was sent to Vietnam on the DM Z. After many long and painful years with Myelofibrosis, from Agent Orange exposure, he died. It was his knowledge and care for his workers, which has always caused me to follow in his footsteps. Thanks, Fred!!!
