Finally agrees and she says I'm going to send out another technician between 2-5pm the next day. Well that day (today) came and I get a video of someone in my backyard at 11am - 3 hours before the window she gave me. When i question if the technician had the right to enter the backyard without my authorization she started getting aggressive and called me a racial slur and cursed me out in some sort of Arabic language Hard to believe companies like this still exist. From their reviews, it looks like they will be on their way out very soon. Stay away from these guys. There are much better companies out there
